Voucher Conditions
Your  Extremethings.com gift experience voucher is evidence of payment for a given experience. Except as specified herein the payment is non-refundable. Each voucher will show both the personal booking Confirmation Code and the experience Order ID number. These numbers must be quoted when dealing with Extremethings.com and will be used to identify your payment. Vouchers and the associated reference numbers must be kept safely and securely. Extremethings.com will take no responsibility for any loss you may incur as a result of impersonation or identity fraud.

The voucher expiration date will be detailed on your gift experience voucher and will generally be 120 days (approx. 4 months) from the date of purchase.

a) Specific Experience Vouchers
If your voucher is about to expire you may extend it for an additional 30 days by paying a supplement of $25, plus any price increase, before it actually expires.

Experience vouchers valid for a specific experience may, at the sole discretion of Extremethings.com, be exchanged for another experience voucher prior to expiration. If such exchange is made a $25 administration charge will be levied. If your chosen experience is higher in price than the amount originally paid, you will also be charged the difference. If your chosen experience is lower in price than the original amount, the balance will be held in credit for you to use against any future purchase. Please note that where a credit balance is held we will not refund any money.

b) Experience Gift Cards
Experience Gift Cards allow the recipient to choose from a selection of experiences. Please note that the selection detailed at the time of purchase may change from time to time.

When a choice of experience is made the payment associated with the Gift Card will be applied to the purchase of the specific selected experience voucher. A new experience voucher will be sent to you and new reference numbers will be issued and must be used in future dealings with Extremethings.com.

c) Refunds and Cancellations
We are happy to make refunds on booked experiences bought direct from Extremethings.com within 10 calendar days of purchase, minus a 10% administration charge (being a minimum charge of $25 and a maximum charge of $50).

Sometimes we have to cancel an experience for reasons beyond our control, e.g. the weather or mechanical breakdown. We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and do everything we can to offer you an alternative date or time. We regret that in these circumstances we cannot offer a refund on any expenses you may incur in relation to the cancelled experience. Refunds are always made to the person who purchased the experience, and if originally purchased by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If the card has expired you will need to request a refund in writing, quoting details of a new credit card.

If the Extremethings.com gift experience voucher has been purchased from a retail store, a refund can only be obtained by returning the experience voucher to the place of purchase together with the corresponding receipt.

Experience Descriptions
The timing, descriptions and photographs of any experiences contained in the brochure, information pack or otherwise communicated are intended only to present a general idea of the experience and shall not bind Extremethings.com. We reserve the right to alter any part of the experience where such alteration has been imposed by the operator. The experience is offered subject to availability and weather conditions, therefore Extremethings.com cannot guarantee that the experience will not be withdrawn by the operator if weather conditions on the day render the experience unsafe. The experience will then be rescheduled for another date. In the event of an experience being withdrawn by the operator (not due to adverse weather conditions) the customer or recipient will be offered an alternative location to undertake the experience. However, if this is not suitable a refund will be provided subject to our terms and conditions below. Session lengths are meant as an approximate only as Extremethings.com features multi-location experiences, sessions lengths, styles, and numbers may vary from location to location.

Experience Pictures
The pictures used in all promotional literature or otherwise communicated to illustrate experiences are used as an indication only. The vehicles, craft, machines, animals and settings at each venue do vary.

Experience Venues
The Extremethings.com is always adding to the locations we offer, but occasionally we may need to withdraw venues featured here for reasons beyond our control. If your chosen location is withdrawn, you will be offered alternative venues wherever possible, but please note this is likely to be at a different location or with a different experience vendor/operator. Each venue has its own terms and conditions and your participation is conditional on your acceptance of those terms and conditions.

Experience Duration and Session Lengths
Session lengths are approximate, vary from venue to venue and are given simply as an indication of the time you will spend at the venue. Unless stated otherwise, you will usually be taking turns with other people and there may be waiting time involved. We give itineraries as a guide only and the running order of an event may change.

Restrictions
Certain experiences are subject to minimum or maximum requirements, e.g. age, health, weight, valid driving license where applicable. Once booked, you may be liable for charges if you have to cancel because the requirements are not met. Full details are included in your gift experience voucher pack and we ask you to read this carefully as soon as you receive it.

Weather
Many Extremethings.com experiences are dependent on the weather and we advise customers to call the applicable vendor to check the weather before setting out. If your event is cancelled due to the weather you will be able to rebook, but your rebooked experience remains subject to weather conditions.

Availability
All experiences are offered subject to availability. The most recent information on dates when an experience is available may be found on our website or by calling our Customer Care. You should make bookings at least 21 days in advance and further for peak dates such as weekends or holiday periods. Bookings are not confirmed until you receive confirmation in writing from us. You should not make any arrangements in connection with the experience until you have received your booking confirmation.

Last Minutes Bookings 
Extremethings.com often has late availability for experiences at special prices, and bookings for these can generally be made right up until the day before the experience date. For these bookings, we will provide essential details over the phone as we cannot guarantee that details of the experience will arrive in time for your experience. Experiences bought under these conditions cannot be refunded or exchanged. Dates for an experience bought under these conditions, once booked, cannot be changed.

Inclusivity 
Extremethings.com welcome the participation of disabled people in our experiences, though we recognize that certain experiences may present difficulties for those with disabilities. We are committed to ensuring that disabled customers are given every opportunity to participate, so we ask that you tell us about any relevant disability at the time of ordering. This enables us to do our best to meet the participant's particular needs. We will be happy to provide information about the disabled facilities available at specific venues on request.

Complaints
If you have a problem or complaint on the day of your experience, please bring it to the attention of the host or event manager at the venue as soon as possible so they have a chance to put matters right. In general, we consider it unreasonable if you take no action during an event, but then write a letter of complaint at a later date.

Experience Gift Cards 
Extremethings.com  Experience Gift Cards can be used by the holder as payment towards the purchase of a full price gift experience voucher. They cannot be used as part payment towards late discounted availability experiences or any other discounted experience vouchers.

Experience Gift Cards are valid for one year after the date of purchase. The expiration date will be printed on the card. The Gift Cards are only valid as payment towards a full price Extremethings.com experience gift experience voucher on or before the expiration date.

The risk of theft or other loss of an Experience Gift Card for any reason is borne by the Gift Card holder. 

Extremethings.com experience gift experience vouchers purchased with Experience Gift Cards are subject to standard terms and conditions.

Other Terms and Conditions
In order to maintain the highest standard of customer service and to help with the ongoing training of staff we listen to and occasionally record telephone calls.

While we take every care in choosing our vendors/operators, inclusion of an experience in our range does not mean that we guarantee the safety standards or satisfactory performance of any of the experience companies.

Extremethings.com's liability for any claim of breach of obligation regarding any single voucher or experience shall not exceed the price of that experience.

The text, illustrations and pictures used in all Extremethings.com promotional literature and website are protected by copyright and must not be copied in whole or in part without the express permission of Extremethings.com.

All the above terms and conditions apply as a condition of using any voucher, whether or not the voucher holder is the original purchaser. 

Extremethings.com reserves the right to change these terms from time to time without reference to customers.
