Many Internet service providers (ISP's) and email programs use filters and/or bulk mail folders to separate messages their users want from unsolicited spam. Unfortunately, sometimes legitimate email that you want to receive, like our Calendar of Events emails, might mistakenly be flagged as spam and never reach your in box. To make sure you continue to receive email from Extremethings.com, please add info@extremethings.com to your list of preferred email senders.

Instructions are provided below for the most commonly used ISP's and email programs. If your mailbox does not have an address book or contact list, contact your email program's technical support for assistance with making sure that email from info@extremethings.com will make it into your mailbox.

AOL Users

Place info@extremethings.com in your address book. If you are using AOL 9.0, you may also want to list info@extremethings.com in your "People I know" list.

For AOL 9.0 users, follow these steps to add info@extremethings.com to your address book:

· Sign into your AOL account.
· Click "Mail" at the top of your screen. A drop list will appear.
· Click "Address Book" on this drop list.
· At the bottom of the Address Book window, click on the button labeled "Add".
· Type info@extremethings.com into the first "Other E-mail" field.
· Click "Save".

Yahoo Users

To place all email sent from info@extremethings.com in your Yahoo Inbox:

· Sign into your Yahoo mailbox.
· Click "Mail Options" at the upper right corner of the page.
· Under the 'Spam' heading, click "Filters".
· Click "Add".
· For the "Filter Name" field, type "Extreme Things" (without quote marks).
· Make sure "contains" is selected in the drop-down menu for the "From Header" field.
· In the space right next to the drop-down menu, type info@extremethings.com.
· At the "Move your message t" field at the bottom, select "Inbox" from the drop-down menu.
· Click the "Add Filter" button.

Hotmail Users

To add info@extremethings.com to your "Safe List":

· Sign into your Hotmail mailbox.
· Click "Contacts" at the top of the page.
· Click "Safe List" link on the left side of the page.
· Type info@extremethings.com in the space provided.
· Click the "Add" button.
· Click the "Mail" button at the top of the page to return to your mailbox.

Instructions for other Service Providers

Add info@extremethings.com to your address book or contact list. If your mailbox does not have an address book or contact list, contact your ISP's tech support and ask them to assist you with making sure that email from info@extremethings.com will make it into your mailbox.
