1.   What is eXtremethings.com?

Extremethings.com is the e-commerce and social networking platform of Extreme Things, LLC, a southern California-based a provider of action sports, outdoor adventure and differentiated leisure activities for thrill-seekers, romantics, corporate teambuilding events, and family fun.

Our three (3) primary services include:

2.   How do you provide your services?

We work through a network of vendors, suppliers, and venues in the sports, hospitality, leisure, and entertainment industries to provide best-in-class activities to our customers, Club members, and corporate clients.  Customers can purchase vouchers for any activity directly through our website or give us a call toll-free at (866) 831-8314 and we'll set everything up for you.

3.   Where do your activities generally take place?

We currently operate throughout southern California and the Las Vegas region of Nevada.  However, we are looking to broaden our geographic reach to a nationwide platform so look out for our sibling websites coming to your area very soon.  Most activities we offer take place in or around Los Angeles, San Diego or Las Vegas, usually within a comfortable 40-minute drive.  Las Vegas-area activities generally come with shuttle service to/from the Las Vegas Strip.

4.   What makes your vendors best-in-class?

Our professional Adventure Scouts comb California and Nevada looking for the best activities to feature on our website.  We ask the tough questions regarding safety, regulation, professional experience, and customer service policies.  We visit all of our vendors, venues, and service providers several times a year (usually anonymously) to witness how they interact with customers, experience their activities as a "regular" customer, check equipment for wear and tear, and where applicable, survey their facilities for comfort and cleanliness.  We also obtain feedback from our existing members and customers who have participated in the vendor's activity to get their thoughts on the vendor's completeness of instruction.

Based on all the information we gather from these various sources, we confidently validate best-in-class service providers.  All of the activities we feature on our website come from vendors who provide outstanding service on a consistent basis, above and beyond their peers.

5.   Why can't I receive emails from eXtremethings?

We generally send out image-laden emails in bulk to thousands of our newsletter subscribers.  As a result, your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or corporate firewalls may be mistaking the images in our emails as spam, forbidden content, and/or filtering them into a bulk folder.  In order to prevent this, we suggest you contact your ISP and tell them you're accepting emails from Extremethings.com.  To find out how to do this, please click here.
