What is the agenda for the activity? What can participants expect? Outdoor Fitness is an 8-week program with clients opting for a twice or thrice weekly fitness sessions. Prior to your first fitness session, clients will receive a complimentary consultation with a certified personal trainer and nutritionist. The consultation will discuss your current fitness level and your eating habits. Then together with the personal trainer, you’ll create attainable goals that are specific to your needs/desires. A body fat analysis will also be done. Each fitness session will be different so you’ll never know what is in store prior to attending the class. Participants are expected to take at least 2 classes per week.
What should the participants bring or wear? Is all equipment included? All equipment will be provided, however, clients should wear comfortable work-out clothing and bring at least one-half liter of water per person. In addition, you may also want to bring a towel, a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. How long should the participants allow for the activity from start to finish? Each outdoor fitness session has a 90 minute duration. Outdoor Fitness is an 8-week program with clients doing workouts twice or three times per week depending on which package is selected.
When and Where does the activity take place? Exact meeting location will be shared at the time clients schedule their fitness consultation. Southern California fitness sessions take place at beaches and parks in Marina Del Rey and Westwood.
Are there any restrictions (age, weight, health, etc.)? No restrictions, but come with a serious desire to meet your fitness goals while having fun.
Can spectators be accommodated? Yes, spectators are welcome.
Can minors participate? Yes, with parental conscent.
Can persons with disabilities be accommodated? Yes, but any physical limitations should be explained at the time of the consultation..
Can large groups or corporate events be accommodated? Yes, corporate Team Building programs can be implemented for companies looking to promote a healthy lifestyle change in their employees, increase productivity, promote teamwork and reduce the amount of sick days.
Are there any availability or timing restrictions? The fitness sessions are ongoing, so clients can start at any time. Schedules are as follows:
Marina Del Rey Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 6:00AM to 7:30AM Monday, Wednesday: 6:30PM to 8:00PM Saturday: 9AM to 10:30AM
Westwood Tuesday, Thursday: 6:30PM to 8:00PM
