What is the agenda for the activity? What can participants expect? Clients will receive luxury four star apartment accommodations on the day of their arrival and program orientation will begin right away. During your visit, through private training, group sessions, nutritional counseling, massage therapy and motivational coaching, you'll lose weight, sculpt, tone, feel great in your own skin and learn to keep the weight off.
In addition to traditional bootcamp calistenics and the use of state-of-the-art fitness equipment, clients will engage in a number of outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, obstacle courses, and relay teams to achieve their fitness goals.
This is an all-inclusive fitness program that includes pampering when you need it:
• Four-star luxury apartment accommodations • Five healthy meals per day crafted by nutritionist • Individual calculated supplements to help promote a healthier lifestyle • Two 30-minute consultations with nutritionist • Body fat testing and charted measurements • Before, after and in-progress photos • Fitness programs options: o 15 hours of outdoor fitness camps per week, plus 6 hours of personal training; or o 16 hours of personal training per week • Two massages per week—deep tissue, Swedish, and Thai massages offered
Training programs are offered everyday with required sessions in the morning, afternoon and evening starting at 5:30AM. However, participants will also enjoy 6 to 8 hours free time during the day to explore southern California.
What should the participants bring or wear? Is all equipment included? All equipment will be provided, however, clients should wear workout gear and bring at least one-half liter of water per person to their group and private training sessions. How long should the participants allow for the activity from start to finish? There will be two hour workout sessions in the morning, afternoon and evening everyday.
When and Where does the activity take place? Group sessions will take place on the beach Marina Del Rey, California; private training will take place in a nearby fitness studio.
Are there any restrictions (age, weight, health, etc.)? No restrictions, but come with a serious desire to meet your fitness goals while having fun.
Can spectators be accommodated? Yes, spectators are welcome.
Can minors participate? Yes.
Can persons with disabilities be accommodated? Yes, but any physical limitations should be explained at the time of the consultation.
Can large groups or corporate events be accommodated? Yes, corporate Team Building programs can be implemented for companies looking to promote a healthy lifestyle change in their employees, increase productivity, promote teamwork and reduce the amount of sick days.
Are there any availability or timing restrictions? The fitness sessions are ongoing, so clients can start at any time. Clients will be expect to stick with the fitness program, including 3 workouts per day.
